1. Charge it fully before the first use — 4 to 5 hours from flat. The controller light flashes while charging and stops once the battery is full. Do not use the mask while it is charging.
2. Cleanse and dry your face.
3. Thread the strap through the opening on the side of the mask, put the mask on, and adjust the strap until it sits comfortably.
4. Hold the controller button for 1.5 seconds to switch on — the mask beeps once. Tap the button to move between modes.
5. The mask switches itself off after 10 minutes. Take it off and moisturise straight away.

Start on the lowest setting and build up. The supplier recommends three to four sessions a week, ten minutes at a time, over a four-week cycle.

• Wear the supplied eye masks and keep your eyes closed throughout the session.
• Not for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and not for children.
• Do not use if you have a photosensitivity disorder, or on the same day as skincare containing photosensitising ingredients.
• If you are under dermatological care, or have a condition such as lupus, photosensitive eczema or albinism, speak to your doctor before using it.
• Run the light over your face for a minute the first time. If there is no discomfort, continue.
• Stop immediately if you feel any discomfort.
• Not waterproof. Do not immerse it or rinse it under water, and do not use it while it is charging.
• Do not use the mask if any part of it is damaged, and do not disassemble or modify it.
• Keep out of reach of children.
