What you will need
Cleansed, dry skin — nothing needs to be applied beforehand. Wear the supplied eye masks and keep your eyes closed for the whole session, and moisturise straight after.
Session and fit
Thread the strap through the opening on the side of the mask, put it on and adjust the strap until it sits comfortably. Hold the controller button for 1.5 seconds to switch on — the mask beeps once — then tap the button to change mode.
It switches itself off after 10 minutes. Start on the lowest setting and build up; the supplier recommends three to four sessions a week.
Charging and cleaning
5 V / 1 A, four to five hours from flat. The controller light flashes while charging and stops when the 500 mAh battery is full. Do not use the mask while it is charging.
Not waterproof — do not immerse it or rinse it under water.

Do I have to wear the eye masks?
Yes. Wear the two eye masks supplied in the box and keep your eyes closed for the whole session.
How long is a session, and how often?
Ten minutes, with automatic shut-off. Start on the lowest setting and build up; the supplier recommends three to four sessions a week over a four-week cycle.
How does it fit?
Thread the strap through the opening on the side of the mask, put the mask on, and adjust the strap until it sits comfortably. The mask weighs 240 g and uses an adjustable velcro head strap.
How long does it take to charge?
Four to five hours from flat on a 5 V / 1 A charger. The controller light flashes while charging and stops when the battery is full. Do not use the mask while it is charging.
Is there anyone who should not use it?
Do not use it during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and not on children. Do not use it if you have a photosensitivity disorder, or on the same day as skincare containing photosensitising ingredients.
If you are under dermatological care, or have a condition such as lupus, photosensitive eczema or albinism, speak to your doctor before using it. Run the light over your face for a minute the first time, and stop immediately if you feel any discomfort.

How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free on every order to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and France. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery then takes an estimated 7–15 business days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, and tracking can take 2–5 business days to start updating.
What is your return policy?
If it's not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories, and return postage is at your cost. Unpacking a device to inspect it does not count as use — a device that has been applied to the skin does. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled separately, and we cover return postage on those. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition.

Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and France — free on every order, with no minimum spend. If your country isn't offered at checkout, we don't ship there yet.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Email support@zurelo.co within 30 days of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund. We cover the cost of return postage on approved fault claims. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition.

It is a bit small, i can use it, but could be more comfortable. Not sure if it has real efect on skin, have to keep using longer

Great mask i recieved black the postage was super fast. Mask works and isn’t too hot.
