Shipping Policy
How and when your Zurelo order is processed, dispatched, tracked and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sun, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
8–14 business days from order date (processing + shipping). Delivery times are estimates and may vary with customs, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
Where We Ship From
Zurelo works with trusted international fulfilment partners, so your order may ship directly from one of our partner warehouses.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any applicable free-shipping offer is applied automatically before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses, but reach out right away if you spot a mistake and we'll do our best to help.
