Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum spend and nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Where we ship
We ship to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and France. If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't ship there yet.

Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number once your order ships.

Estimated delivery time
7–15 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with customs, peak seasons or carrier delays.

Where we ship from
Zurelo works with trusted international fulfilment partners, so your order may ship directly from one of our partner warehouses.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to start updating after dispatch.

Customs & import duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses, but reach out right away if you spot a mistake and we'll do our best to help.
