Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 6-10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

We ship world-wide. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and any current free-shipping offers will be applied automatically.

Yes — every order includes tracking. Once your Zurelo product ships, we'll email you a link so you always know where it is.

We process orders quickly to get them to you sooner. If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to help before it's dispatched.

We want you to love your Zurelo product. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return postage is at your cost. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled separately — we cover return postage on those. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition.

Reach out with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away — no fuss.

Our devices are designed for gentle, everyday at-home use and are suitable for most people. As with any wellness device, we recommend reading the included guide first, and checking with your doctor if you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or use an implanted device such as a pacemaker.

Most people use their Zurelo for a few minutes a day as part of their morning or evening routine. Each product comes with simple guidance on getting the most from it.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use and store it somewhere clean and dry. Avoid submerging it in water unless the product guide says otherwise.

We accept all major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay — so you can check out however suits you.
