Vela and Nira overlap, so here is the difference. Vela is the larger device — 15.5 cm, 150 g — with seven LED colour modes, an LED display, EMS and vibration, in white or pink. It is made for working over the whole face and neck, over a serum or moisturiser. Nira is a slimmer wand with one light colour, red at 620 nm, plus EMS, sonic vibration and a heated head, and is positioned for the jaw, chin and neck.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes an estimated 7–15 business days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, and tracking can take 2–5 business days to start updating.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and France, and shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend, nothing extra at checkout. If your country isn't offered at checkout, we don't ship there yet.
What is your return policy?
If it's not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories, and return postage is at your cost. Unpacking a device to inspect it does not count as use — a device that has been applied to the skin does. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled separately, and we cover return postage on those. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Email support@zurelo.co within 30 days of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund. We cover the cost of return postage on approved fault claims. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition.
Is Zurelo safe to use?
Our devices are designed for gentle, everyday at-home use. As with any wellness device, we recommend reading the included guide first, and checking with your doctor if you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or use an implanted device such as a pacemaker.
How do I care for my device?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use and store it somewhere clean and dry. Avoid submerging it in water unless the product guide says otherwise.
